You will have familiarised yourself with the Hotel terms and conditions upon booking. Please also pay special attention to the general site information for further resort details.

🎠  THEME PARK - Collect tickets from Hotel Reception which will allow you to gain access to the Theme Park. 

📍 RECEPTION - Reception is open 24/7.

👋 CHECK-OUT - Please can we remind you that check-out time is 10:00am.

🍖 BBQs - BBQs and fire pits must not be used at any time whilst staying on resort.

🚬 SMOKING - Smoking is not allowed in any of our accommodation facilities, buildings or communal areas. We have designated smoking areas on the Theme Park. The smoking area for guests staying on the Resort is next to the Egyptian Lodges.

🧩 CHILDREN'S PLAY AREAS - Please note that the children's play areas on the accommodation site close at 9:30pm.

📣 NOISE LEVELS - To help reduce noise levels at night, children are kindly asked not to use the play areas after 9:30pm. We ask that all our guests respect each other by keeping the noise to a minimum especially between 9:30pm - 7:00am.

ENTERING & EXITING THE RESORT

🚗 CAR PARK BARRIER - The main car park for Gulliver’s World Resort can be accessed by two points. For security purposes, the main entrance point is closed on an evening. After this time, guests can enter and exit the car park through the electronic barrier located on the road leading to the Gulliver’s Resort site.

🌳 OUTDOOR PLAY AREA - The outdoor play area is ideal for children to let off steam, so even after a day on the park the fun continues. 

🕹️ ARCADE - Featuring classic arcade games and activities, including Darts and Pool

🍭 RECEPTION SHOP - Open 24/7. Purchase COSTA Coffee, Cadbury Ice Cream, snacks and soft drinks. Card only.

🏎️ ELECTRIC BUGGIES - Available on Wilderness Wharf for just £2.50 until 9:30pm. Card only.

🏌️ MINI GOLF - Golf clubs and balls can be picked up at hotel reception, for a small deposit. Mini Golf is located within Wilderness Wharf. 

🏓  TABLE TENNIS - Bat and balls can be picked up at hotel reception, for a small deposit.

BREAKFAST: Served in the Hotel from 7:30am until 10:30am. Booking required at Reception unless included in your short break package.

🍟 EVENING FOOD:

The Hotel Kitchen & Bar serves food and drinks in the hotel lobby area at the following times:

Monday to Thursday – Hotel Menu served from 5pm

Friday, Saturday & Sunday – Hotel menu served from 5pm

Hotel Bar is open daily until 11.00pm with last orders at 10:45pm

THEME PARK DINING

There are a number of food outlets available on the theme park, offering a variety of different options. Opening times may vary per unit. Theme park tickets are required for entry to the park, these may be included in your package.

Heating Controls

Operating Your Heating

• To turn the radiator on, please press and hold the standby button

• Use the arrows to control the temperature in the room

• We kindly as if you can help us conserve energy by turning off the radiator when not in use. Press and hold the standby button to turn off.

Operating Your Air Conditioning

• Turn the unit on by pressing the ON/OFF button

• The unit will switch on in ‘AUTO’ mode which is set to 24

• Press the MODE button to select the option you would like: COOL, DEHUMIDIFY, FAN or HEAT. 

• Pressing the SPEED button will allow you to choose between AUTO, HIGH, MID, LOW fan speeds.

• Press the 🔼 and 🔽 temperature buttons to increase and decrease the desired temperature. The temperature range is between 18 and 30 degrees. Once the temperature has been selected, the panel will show the current room temperature.

If the ‘Water Full’ icon is illuminated please contact Reception.

Using Your Air Conditioning Remote

Aim the remote control at the Air Conditioning Unit and press MODE. Move the mark to select the desired option:

• Press the ON/OFF button

• Select the desired temperature using the 🔼 and 🔽 TEMP buttons

• Press the FAN/SPEED button to select the options of Auto, Hi, Medium or Low

• To stop, simply press the ON/OFF button

Air Flow: Pressing the AIR FLOW button will allow you to adjust the direction of the airflow. Each time the button is pressed the direction will change as follows:
