What age group is Splash Zone most suitable for? 

Splash Zone is suitable for children aged 2 to 13. Parents and guardians are expected to supervise their children at all times. It is advised that smaller children are accompanied by an adult on the attraction area.

How long is a Blast Arena session? 

A standard Blast Arena session is 1 hour. 

Can I hire pushchairs?

We do not have pushchairs, but we do have funbuggies available at Warrington and Milton Keynes. These are little cars that you can push your child around in. Customers can hire funbuggies from Guest Relations at a cost of £5.00 full day, £3.00 half day or £1.00 for an hour.

Is there a discount for group bookings?

Yes, there is a discount for parties of twenty or more paying guests. The amount you save depends on when you are visiting. For further details, please ring the Gully Hotline on 01925-444888 or email us

Is there somewhere I can store my valuable items or bag?

Yes, there are lockers at each park to hire. They are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Is the theme park open during winter?

Yes, we open for our Christmas packages from the end of November and on selected dates throughout December. We close for January, but selected parks open for February half term. All parks open on selected dates from Easter.

Are there any restrictions on the rides and attractions?

Height and other safety restrictions apply on some of the rides. Details are displayed at each individual ride.

What are the medical provisions on site?

There are trained first aiders and a first aid post on each site you'll find that this is marked on the park map. Our first aiders are trained to deal with minor injuries and the first stages of any major injuries.

Are there places to eat in the theme park?

Yes, there are several places on site where you can choose from a wide range of meals and snacks. We have restaurants, fast food outlets, snack kiosks and healthy eating options, so there's plenty of choice.

How can I beat the queues?

At Gulliver's, queuing times for rides are never too long, so we don't offer fast tracking for queues.

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, no dogs allowed on site unless they are guide dogs.

Is smoking allowed on the park?

There are designated smoking areas which are clearly marked on the park map.

Is there a discount for guests with additional needs?

Guest with additional needs may qualify for concessionary tickets at a reduced rate. Proof of eligibility will be required on entry. Pease see the accessibility section of our website.

Can children under 16 come to the park without a parent?

Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

How many rides are on the Dinosaur and Farm Park? 

We have 3 rides on the park and lots of activities across the themed areas. 

What age group is Dinosaur and Farm Park most suitable for? 

Dinosaur and Farm Park is a fantastic attraction for children of all ages with a number of interactive experiences designed especially for those aged 1 - 6.

Is Dinosaur and Farm Park separate to the main theme park? 

Yes, Dinosaur and Farm Park is a separate attraction. You can book this attraction on its own or upgrade to include a visit to Gulliver's Land Theme Park. 

What do theme park tickets include?

Theme park tickets include entrance to the park and access to all the theme park rides and attractions*.
*Height restrictions apply.

Can adults visit the theme park without any children? 

Due to the family nature of Gulliver’s, groups of adults or single adults with no accompanying children will not be permitted onto the theme park. If you are joining a group who are already in the theme park then simply ask the group to meet you at the entrance gates, where they can confirm that you are a member of their group.

What cards do you accept for payment? 

Gulliver's accepts Mastercard and Visa Credit and Debit Cards. American Express Cards are not accepted. 

Can I exit the park to collect belongings from our car during the day if required?

Yes, just inform a member of the team at the front entrance before leaving. 

Do I need to print my ticket or can I use my phone to present it for scanning?

It's absolutely fine to present the confirmation/ticket on your phone upon arrival. All the details about your booking will be sent to you via email.
